SCOPE AND OUTCOMES. 34 The contractor shall provide and retain the necessary qualified personnel, material, equipment, 35 services, and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to perform quality environmental, and 36 fisheries operations data collection, data analysis, and information dissemination for the 37 Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) Data quality is of the utmost importance. Quality 38 data collection, analysis, and dissemination are expected to increase the critical information 39 gathered for stock assessments to manage the species. 1 This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements and services necessary to provide 2 program continuity, integrity, and productivity. 3 C.3.1. Policies and Regulations 4 In addition to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses referred to and listed herein of 5 this Request for Proposal (RFP), the contractor shall comply with the Federal Regulations, Acts, 6 Executive Orders, Special Publications, Guidelines, NOAA Directives and Policies and standards 7 listed below.
