Scope and Schedule of Services. The City of Greenfield has requested a professional services agreement to perform staff augmentation for the Department of Engineering on an as-needed, on-call basis. The prescribed services will be carried out as a team approach between the Client and Consultant with close coordination to the Greenfield Mayor’s Office and City Staff.
