SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement incorporates the General Terms and Conditions contained in Appendix A attached hereto (the “General Terms and Conditions”), together with any other Exhibits attached hereto. Capitalized terms used herein, but not defined herein, are defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MEA agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, and to sell Plant Products, as defined below, to MarkWest, and MarkWest agrees to receive and purchase those Plant Products, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MarkWest agrees to deliver Gas and MEA agrees to receive and process Gas for extraction of liquefiable hydrocarbons, and redeliver Residue Gas and Plant Products to MarkWest, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MarkWest agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, Raw Make, as defined below, to MEA, and MEA agrees to receive and fractionate that Raw Make into Plant Products, as defined below, and to store, load and deliver Plant Products to MarkWest, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. A. Producer and MarkWest’s Affiliate, MarkWest Liberty Bluestone, L.L.C. (“XX Xxxxxxxxx”), are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Gas Gathering, Compression and Processing Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as amended or restated, the “Bluestone Processing Agreement”). Under the Bluestone Processing Agreement, Raw Make that is allocated to Producer will be made available at the Bluestone Processing Plant.
B. Commencing on the Effective Date, Producer agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Raw Make to MarkWest at the Receipt Point as further described below in Section 4, and MarkWest agrees to receive and take title to the Raw Make committed to MarkWest pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement at the Receipt Point, exchange such Raw Make for Fractionated Products and, except for Fractionated Products taken in kind by Producer pursuant to Section 5.B. or Section 5.C. of this Agreement, market such Fractionated Products, in each case in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto (the “General Terms and Conditions” or “GTCs”).
C. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the GTCs attached hereto as Exhibit A, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto. Capitalized terms used but not defined in the body of this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the GTCs.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MarkWest agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, Raw Make, as defined below, to MEA, and MEA agrees to receive and transport that Raw Make to MEA's Siloam Fractionation facility, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Liberty agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, and to sell to MarkWest the Raw Make (and the Plant Products contained therein) it delivers to MarkWest, as defined below, and MarkWest agrees to receive and purchase such Raw Make (and the Plant Products contained therein), to cause such Raw Make to be fractionated into Plant Products, and to use commercially reasonable efforts to market such Plant Products, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MarkWest agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, Raw Make, as defined below, to MEA, and MEA agrees to receive and fractionate that Raw Make into Plant Products, as defined below, and to store, load and deliver Plant Products to MarkWest, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement does not apply to Raw Make and Plant Products covered by that certain Natural Gas Liquids Transportation And Fractionation Agreement (Maytown), between MarkWest and MEA, of even date herewith. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Producer agrees to deliver Gas and Processor agrees to receive, process and redeliver Gas, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto. Processor shall have the exclusive right to receive into its Processing Facilities all Gas owned or controlled by Producer within the Dedication Area described on Exhibit A subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement and in the General Terms and Conditions.
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Chipeta operates the Chipeta Processing Plant and has contracts with third parties to process third party Gas. Chipeta desires to contract with Processor to help handle Gas that Chipeta can not process in or bypass around the Chipeta Processing Plant (“Overflow Gas”). Chipeta agrees to deliver Gas and Processor agrees to receive and redeliver Gas, all in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates and is subject to all of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, together with any other Exhibits attached hereto.
