As full and complete consideration for the Gas and all its components delivered to Processor by Producer each Month, the Net Residue Gas Percentage and Net Gallons of Liquefiable Hydrocarbons, by Component Percentage will be sold at such time and place and pursuant to such terms and conditions as Processor elects, acting in good faith as a prudent operator.
