Dedication Area definition

Dedication Area means, with respect to this Agreement, the area described on the applicable Midstream Agreement Addendum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) any acreage that was released pursuant to the Releases of Dedication shall not be included in this definition of “Dedication Area,” (b) any acreage that is permanently released pursuant to Section 2.4(a) or otherwise shall cease to be included in this definition of “Dedication Area” immediately upon the effectiveness of such permanent release and (c) in the event of an assignment by a Producer (“X”) to an assignee (“Y”) that is permitted under Article 16, any acreage that is so assigned shall cease to be included in X’s Dedication Area and shall solely be included in Y’s Dedication Area as of the effective date of such assignment.

Dedication Area means, with respect to this Agreement, the area described on the applicable Agreement Addendum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) any acreage that was temporarily released pursuant to the Releases of Dedication shall be deemed not included in this definition of “Dedication Area” for the duration of such temporary release, (b) any acreage that is or was permanently released pursuant to Section 2.4(a) or otherwise shall cease to be included in this definition of “Dedication Area” immediately upon the effectiveness of such permanent release and (c) in the event of an assignment by a Producer (“X”) to an assignee (“Y”) that is permitted under Article 16, any acreage that is so assigned shall cease to be included in X’s “Dedication Area” and, except when assigned to Y free and clear of the Dedications as provided in Section 16.2, shall solely be included in Y’s “Dedication Area” as of the effective date of such assignment.

Dedication Area means the area described on Exhibit B-2.

Examples of Dedication Area in a sentence

• All Oil and Gas Interests now owned or hereafter acquired by Shipper and located wholly or partly within the Dedication Area or pooled, unitized or communitized with Oil and Gas Interests located wholly or partly within the Dedication Area; provided that Dedicated Properties shall not include any Oil and Gas Interests that are unitized or pooled with the properties of third parties that are not Dedicated Properties if Shipper is not the operator of such unit.

• Subject to Section 7.2, at no time shall Midstream Co be required to accept Product that is not produced from a Well within the Dedication Area.

• Shipper owns Oil and Gas Interests and intends to produce Gas and/or Liquid Hydrocarbons from Xxxxx in the Initial Dedication Area and may from time to time own Oil and Gas Interests and may produce Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons from Xxxxx in other areas.

• Alpha Shale agrees to be bound by and to comply with each agreement and commitment made by Producer under this Article 2 with respect to Alpha Shale’s Interests in the Dedication Area and all Dedicated Gas produced therefrom.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer’s board of directors may take into account any factors it deems relevant to determining the revised Fees, including Shipper’s drilling economics to ensure drilling by Shipper on the Dedication Area.

More Definitions of Dedication Area

Dedication Area means all of the Interests within the areas of Xxxxxxxx, Lavaca and Fayette Counties, Texas identified on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A-1.

Dedication Area means the real property owned by Owner and proposed for dedication to City as depicted in Exhibit A, including the following real property:

Dedication Area means the area identified as “Shipper’s Dedication Area” and described on Exhibit B-3(a).
