Common use of Scope of Application Clause in Contracts

Scope of Application. This Agreement shall apply to investments of investors of each of the Contracting Parties which have been made in the territory of the other Contracting Party prior to its entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within the scope and under the protection of this Agreement.

Scope of Application. This Agreement shall apply to all investments made before or after its entry into force by nationals or companies of investors of each of the either Contracting Parties which have been made Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party prior to its entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating which have been or are: a) Made in accordance with the laws of the latter Contracting Party; and b) Specifically approved by the competent authorities of the latter Contracting Party at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within the scope and under the protection time of this Agreementtheir admission.

This Agreement shall apply to investments of made both before and after their entry into force by investors of each of the either Contracting Parties which have been made Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party prior to its entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within the scope and under the protection of this AgreementParty.

Scope of Application. This Agreement shall apply to future investments of made by investors of each of the one Contracting Parties which have been made Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party in accordance with the latter's laws and regulations, and also to investments existing on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Contracting Party in the territory of which the investment has been made. However, the provisions of this Agreement shall not apply to claims arising out of events which occurred, or to claims which had been settled prior to its entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within the scope and under the protection of this Agreement.

Investments made or authorized prior to its the entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within the scope and under the protection force of this AgreementAgreement shall be governed by the provisions of the law and the terms of the specific contracts by which authorization was granted.

This The present Agreement shall apply to investments of investors of each of the Contracting Parties which have been made in the territory of one Contracting Party, made in accordance with its laws and regulations by investors of the other Contracting Party Party, whether prior to its or after the entry into force, provided that such investments are legally operating at this time, as well as to investments which will be made thereafter within force of the scope and under the protection of this Agreement.
