PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into operation on such date as may be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 (2) of the Act, and shall remain in force until 31 August 2012. This Agreement shall bind the parties and their members and shall remain effective beyond the expiry date determined by the Minister or until the parties agree otherwise.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2014 and for non-parties on 24 November 2014 as determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2016.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into operation on such date as may be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and shall remain in force until 30 April 2016. (period of operation extended by R362 of 26-4-01 and again by GN R.410 dated 28 April 2006). (extended by Government Notice R.409 dated 13 May 2011).
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. 1.2.1 This agreement becomes binding on the employers and employees referred to in sub-clause 1.1.1. (a) and (b) once it is extended to non-parties by the Honourable Minister of Employment and Labour, in terms of Section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 66 of 1995, from a date determined by the Honourable Minister of Employment and Labour.
1.2.2 This agreement shall remain in force until 31 August 2026.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This agreement will operate from the date of its approval by the Commission until 1 July 2008. Negotiations for a new agreement may commence 4 months prior to expiry of this agreement.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. 2.1. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 May 2018 until 30 April 2020.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding on the above parties and non-parties from 30 March 2020 and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 April 2023. The period of operation for amendments to this Combining Main Collective Agreement will be as per the individual published Government Gazettes and shall remain in force until 30 April 2023.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. The Agreement will commence seven days after Fair Work Commission approval and will nominally expire on 31 March 2024.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. (1) This Agreement shall only come into operation from the 1st day of the month following the date of promulgation and shall remain in force until 28 February 2014.
(2) The parties agree to abide by clause 10.4 of the Council Constitution which reads as follows: “the parties agree that any agreement reached between them shall not be legally binding on any parties concerned unless such agreement has been reduced to writing, has been signed by all the parties, promulgated and extended to non-parties by way of the Government Gazette.”
(3) The provision of clauses 1 (1) (a), 2 and 2A shall not apply to non-parties.
