SCOPE OF BID 1.1 The Employer, as defined in the Conditions of Contract Part II hereinafter “the Employer” wishes to receive bids for the construction of works as described in Section 1, clause 102 of the Special Specifications –“Location and extent of the Works”)
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, and if Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in Control, Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunder); provided, however, that any termination of Executive’s employment during the Termination Period shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
Scope of Application Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the dispute settlement provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to the settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whenever a Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

Scope of Coverage 1. This Section shall apply to an investment dispute between a Member State and an investor of another Member State that has incurred loss or damage by reason of an alleged breach of any rights conferred by this Agreement with respect to the investment of that investor.
Scope of Contract This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure and receive goods/services from Contractor as set forth in the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by this reference.

Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.
