Scope of CM Services. The scope of the CM Services that the Construction Manager shall provide pursuant to this Agreement, for the Project or for one or more of the Project Components (defined in Section 5.1) as the District may direct, includes any and all services described in this Agreement, including, without limitation, those described in Exhibit “B” attached hereto. The Construction Manager shall provide the CM Services in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and, in exchange for compensation as herein provided, the Construction Manager shall furnish at its sole cost and expense all technical and professional services, including labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision and expertise, necessary to perform the CM Services.
