Scope of Examinations. In connection with the opinions expressed in this letter we have considered the questions of law and examined the public and corporate records, certificates and other documents and conducted the other examinations that we have considered necessary or relevant for the purposes of the opinions hereinafter expressed.

Scope of Examinations. ‌ Examinations may be assembled or unassembled, and may include investigations of training and experience, tests of aptitude, particular abilities, general and technical knowledge, manual skill, physical and mental fitness, and such other tests as are required to discover the capabilities of applicants relative to the duties of the position for which the examinations are conducted.
Scope of Examinations. We have considered such questions of law and examined such public and corporate records, certificates and other documents and conducted such other examinations as we have considered necessary, or appropriate to enable us to express the opinions expressed herein. We have also relied upon searches that we conducted, or caused to be conducted, in the Province of Ontario as of the dates specified in Schedule “A” hereto, for registrations, filings or recordings made in offices of public record listed in Schedule “A” (the “Searches”). The searches were conducted against the current names of each of the Financing Parties (including, in each case, both the English and French versions, if any) specified in Schedule “A”. Our searches revealed that none of the Financing Parties had names other than their current names since May 1, 2000. The results of the Searches are set out in Schedule “A”. We have registered financing statements under the PPSA in connection with the Canadian Security Agreement. A summary of the information contained in the verification statements issued in respect of such registrations is set out in Schedule “B” hereto.
Scope of Examinations. The opinions expressed herein are based upon and subject to legislation, regulations, rules, policies, procedures and administrative practices of the applicable securities regulatory authorities in effect on the date hereof, and we assume no obligation to update the opinions set forth herein after the date hereof. In connection with the opinions expressed in this letter, we have considered such questions of law and examined such statutes, public and corporate records, certificates of governmental authorities and officers of the Corporation, other documents and conducted such other examinations as we have considered necessary for the purpose of our opinion.

  • Examinations The Company has not received any notice that any Employee Benefit Plan is currently the subject of an audit, investigation, enforcement action or other similar proceeding conducted by any state or federal agency or authority.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Examination and Review A volunteer, upon presenting identification, shall be permitted by appointment to examine and copy his/her complete County volunteer file, MCFRS operating, or medical record. The volunteer shall indicate in writing, to be placed in his/her file, that he/she has examined the same. The custodian of medical records may determine, consistent with State law, that certain medical information will only be released to the physician or attorney of the volunteer upon receipt of a signed release from the volunteer. Medical records will be maintained in accordance with Section Three of this Article. The County may retain and store records in various formats, including as electronically imaged documents. Confidentiality must be maintained and assured in all formats. Unless otherwise expressly set forth in Sections One through Six, no other documents or information may be placed or maintained in the County volunteer file, MCFRS operating record, or medical file.
