Training and Experience. A. All training and experience must be properly certified and a record of the same must be on file in the office of the Local Superintendent. Each teacher must file a complete and current transcript of credits with the Local Superintendent. This certification of training becomes a part of the teacher’s permanent file. No salary will be adjusted for any training not properly approved or which has not been obtained prior to the beginning of the school term. Training and Experience. In addition to the experience, skills and knowledge requirements specified for pay point 5 (as defined), not more than one further year of practical experience as defined in the provision of nursing care and/or services:
