Training and Experience Clause Samples

The "Training and Experience" clause sets out the minimum qualifications, skills, or background required for individuals performing certain tasks or roles under an agreement. It typically specifies that personnel must have completed relevant training programs or possess a certain level of professional experience, such as years in a specific field or certifications. This clause ensures that only suitably qualified individuals are assigned to critical duties, thereby reducing the risk of errors and promoting quality and safety in the performance of contractual obligations.
