Scope of Forecasting Report. Each Forecasting Report is to set out, for each Wholesale Service Category (other than the Central Office and POI Co-location Service), the Service Provider’s forecast for that Wholesale Service Category by reference to each applicable Candidate Area. The requirements of the Forecasting Report are set out further in the Operations Manuals.
