Operations Manuals definition

Operations Manuals means, collectively, the operations manuals, at all times satisfactory to the Bank, prepared by the Borrower for the carrying out of, respectively, Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 (B) of the Project, and submitted to the Bank on November 13, 2006, setting forth, inter alia: (i) the respective roles and responsibilities for the implementation of the Program; (ii) the environmental and social requirements in accordance with the EMP and the RPF (as this term is hereinafter defined); (iii) the monitoring and evaluation procedures, including the Monitoring and Performance Indicators; and (iv) the eligibility criteria, selection procedures, participatory processes and terms and conditions for the provision of Sub-grants (as this term is hereinafter defined) to Partners (as this term is hereinafter defined); as the same may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior agreement;

Operations Manuals means, collectively, the Operations Manual for Part 1 of the Project and the Operations Manual for Part 2 of the Project, and referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Operations Manuals means the support guide containing, among other things, required operating standards and procedures for compliance with the 7-Eleven System and 7- Eleven Image (as those terms are defined in the Store Franchise Agreement).

Operations Manuals means, collectively, the manuals prepared for each of Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D of the Project, each dated October 2006, and referred to in paragraph 7 of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manuals may be revised from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.

Operations Manuals means the business plans, operations manuals, Client manuals, sales and marketing literature, computer programs and directives, mentoring and consulting services and all directives and instructions from My-Marketing™ as amended from time to time, which the Client has agreed to keep confidential as at the Effective Date of this or latest publish Terms and Conditions.
