Forecasting Report definition

Forecasting Report has the meaning given in clause 11.1 of the General Terms; Month [x] means the calendar month that is x calendar months before a Service Request Month; and Service Request Month means the calendar month in which a Forecast Service Request is forecast to become a Service Request.

Examples of Forecasting Report in a sentence

  • The requirements of the Forecasting Report are set out further in the Operations Manuals.

  • Each Forecasting Report is to set out, for each Wholesale Service Category (other than the Central Office and POI Co-location Service), the Service Provider’s forecast for that Wholesale Service Category by reference to each applicable Candidate Area.

  • Within the period of 30 Business Days preceding the Month End, but no less than 22 Business days prior to Month End, the Service Provider will submit to the LFC a Forecasting Report, in the form prescribed by the LFC from time to time (a sample is attached as Appendix C).

  • Each Forecasting Report is to set out, for each Wholesale Service, the Service Provider’s forecast for that Wholesale Service by reference to each applicable Candidate Area.

  • Within the period of 10 Business Days following the last day of each calendar month, the Service Provider will submit to the LFC a Forecasting Report for the period commencing on the first day of the following month in the manner and form prescribed by the LFC from time to time (a sample is available on the LFC website), provided that any changes to the manner and form are no more onerous for the Service Provider (acting reasonably) than existed prior to such change.

  • Within the period of 30 Business Days preceding Month End, but no less than 22 Business Days prior to Month End, the Service Provider will submit to the LFC a Forecasting Report, in the form prescribed by the LFC from time to time (a sample is attached as Appendix C).

  • It also contains a listing service for transmission capacity and gas. The Gas Statement of Opportunities (GSOO) and National Gas Forecasting Report (NGFR), which are prepared by AEMO on an annual basis and contain consumption forecasts, reserve estimates, production and transmission cost estimates, storage, processing and transmission information and a supply adequacy assessment.

  • The Reduce LCC Summary and Forecasting Report shall:o Document optimization activities to date and forecast remaining activities and assumptions to further reduce LCC 10 years post-POP.Provide a realistic projection to achieve SC or RC after the POP (the Contractor shall identify which PO is the optimal endpoint).

Related to Forecasting Report

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Receiving report means the data required by the clause at 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Forecast means the hourly forecast of (a) the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible or Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible and Buyer is Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Variance Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(g).

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.

  • Sales Report means a report in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B “Royalty Report Form”.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
