Scope of Insurance & Special Hazards. The insurance required under subparagraphs (b), (c), and (d) above shall provide protection for the State, Contractor and the Subcontractors, if any, against damage claims which may arise from work being performed. Special hazards may be encountered by the Contractor or by any person directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor or a Subcontractor, and additional coverage may be required if conditions warrant.
