Scope of Optional Interconnection Study. The Optional Interconnection Study will consist of a sensitivity analysis based on the assumptions specified by Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement. The Optional Interconnection Study will also identify IPA Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades, and the estimated cost thereof, that may be required to provide Interconnection Service based upon the results of the Optional Interconnection Study. IPA, or a consultant approved by IPA, shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate the study with any Affected Systems that may be affected by the Interconnection Service.
