SCOPE OF RESEARCH WORK. 2.01 University shall commence the performance of the Project promptly after the Effective Date, and shall use reasonable efforts to perform the Project substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Sponsor and University may at any time amend the Project by mutual written Agreement.
