SCOPE OF SERVICES, PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPLIANCE. 3.1. The Scope of Services. CLIENT hereby continues to engage VCS, and VCS hereby accepts such continued engagement, to provide the Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Schedules attached to this Agreement. Such engagement shall be on a nonexclusive basis and CLIENT shall at all times have the right to engage any other Person to provide services (including, without limitation, services similar to the Services) that CLIENT, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or appropriate. The Services to be provided under this Agreement are described in this Agreement and the various Schedules hereto, including Schedule A-1 through Schedule A-2.
