The State and the Engineer will furnish items and perform those services for fulfillment of the contract as identified in Attachment B, Services to be Provided by the State and Attachment C, Services to be Provided by the Engineer. All services provided by the Engineer will conform to standard engineering practices and applicable rules and regulations of the Texas Engineering Practices Act and the rules of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
