Common use of Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

Scope of Services. scope, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work to the TIPS Member as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract and/or an Agreement with the estimate referenced as an attachment along with required bond and any other special provisions agreed to for the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in the base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
