SCOPE OF THE SUPERVISION COMPANY ACTIVITIES. The Supervision Company will be in charge of the project supervision, within the framework of the Concession Contract and applicable regulations, during the design, construction, testing and commissioning stages of the Project. The purpose of the supervisory tasks is to make sure that the Project complies with the following: a. That the Final Engineering and Engineering at Work Level are in line with the scope specified in Annex No. 1 of the Contract. b. That the Supply of Equipment and Materials is in line with the scopes specified in Annex No. 1 of the Contract, verifying that the specifications, minimum requirements and standards set out in the Contract, as well as good engineering practices, are complied with. c. That the construction and testing of the Project are in line with the scopes set out in Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 2 of the Contract, respectively. d. That the construction of the facilities is carried out in accordance with the timetables and schedules of the Contract. e. Prepare a compliance report for the project’s construction.
