Screen Results. 3.2.2.1 If the proposed interconnection passes the screens and requires no construction by the Utility on its own System, the Interconnection Request shall be approved and the Utility will provide the Interconnection Customer an executable Interconnection Agreement within ten (10) Business Days after notifying the Interconnection Customer of the determination in Section 3.2. 3.2.2.2 If the proposed interconnection passes the screens and the Utility is able to determine without further study or review that only minor Utility construction is required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the Utility’s systemsystemSystem, the Interconnection Request shall be approved and the Utility will provide the Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost of interconnection along with an executable Interconnection Agreement within 15 Business Days after notifying the Interconnection Customer of the determination in Section 3.2. 3.2.2.3 If the proposed interconnection passes the screens, but the costs of interconnection including System Upgrades and Interconnection Facilities cannot be determined without further study or review, the Utility will notify the Interconnection Customer when it provides its determination in Section 3.2 that the Utility will need to complete a Facilities Study under Section 4.4 to determine the necessary costs of interconnectioninterconnection and will charge the actual costs of the Facilities Study to the Interconnection Customer. 3.2.2.4 If the proposed interconnection fails the screens, but the Utility determines that the Generating Facility may nevertheless be interconnected consistent with safety, reliability, and power quality standards, and requires no construction by the Utility on its own System, the Interconnection Request shall be approved and the Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer an executable Interconnection Agreement within tenten (10) Business Days after the determination. SC Generator Interconnection Procedures 21 3.2.2.5 If the proposed interconnection fails the screens, but the Utility determines that the Generating Facility may nevertheless be interconnected consistent with safety, reliability, and power quality standards and the Utility is able to determine without further study or review that only minor Utility construction is required to interconnect with the Generating Facility, the Interconnection Request shall be approved and the Utility will provide the Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost of interconnection along with an executable Interconnection Agreement within 15 Business Days after the determination. 3.2.2.6 If the proposed interconnection fails the screens, and the Utility does not or cannot determine from the initial review that the Generating Facility may nevertheless be interconnected consistent with safety, reliability, and power quality standards unless the Interconnection Customer is willing to consider minor modifications or further study, the Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer with the opportunity to attend a customer options meeting as described in Section 3.3 below.
