Common use of Sea Term Clause in Contracts

Sea Term. “Sea Term” shall mean the whole of an annual training exercise. Such period shall constitute the period of sea time required as a prerequisite for licensing under applicable Federal Regulations and shall not exceed seventy (70) days aboard the Training Ship.
