SEARCHES OF EMPLOYEES. When Management determines that employees should be subject to pat or strip searches, those searches shall be conducted in such a manner as to afford the employee dignity. Strip searches shall only be conducted upon reasonable suspicion and the supervisor will, prior to the search, provide the employee written notice authorizing the search, signed by the CEO, or designee outside the bargaining unit.
