The Seasonal Ratio is calculated each month for January to June 2023, by taking the average daily milk intake volume in litres across the months September, October and November 2022, and dividing this average by the average daily milk intake volume in litres from the month of intake to arrive at a Seasonal Ratio for that month. The seasonal bonus is paid on all in-specification milk.
