Common use of Seasonal Rehire Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Rehire. 1. Alcohol test result of 0.04 or greater or positive drug test. The person will not be rehired, but can reapply under reemployment conditions. 2. Alcohol test results of less than 0.04. The Agency will require that the person take a return to duty test. If the test is negative, the person will be hired. If the test is positive, the person will be denied the position and can reapply under reemployment conditions.
