When employees in Street Maintenance Crew Chief and Street Maintenance Supervisor classifications represented by the Washington State Council of County and City Employees, AFSCME Local 21Z, perform the same body of work during the cleanup of an illegal encampment as employees in classifications represented by Public Service and Industrial Employees Local 1239, those employees shall receive “Encampment Pay” under the following terms and conditions:
