Second Court Hearing subject to the Conditions (other than the Condition in clause 3.1(f)) being satisfied or waived in accordance with clause 3, apply to the Court for orders under section 411(4)(b) of the Corporations Act approving the Scheme and consult with Bidder as to the content of all relevant affidavits, submissions and draft minutes of Court orders. Such consultation must include providing Bidder with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the relevant Court documents before they are lodged, and QMS must consider in good faith any comments provided by or on behalf of Bidder, provided the comments are given in a timely manner;
