Common use of Second Segment Clause in Contracts

Second Segment. The Performance Period for the second one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 2022) shall be the two calendar years ending December 31, 2021.

Second Segment. The Performance Period for the second one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 20222023) shall be the two calendar years ending December 31, 20212022.

Second Segment. The Performance Period for the second one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 20222013) shall be the two calendar years ending December 31, 20212012.

Second Segment. The Performance Period for the second one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 20222020) shall be the two calendar years ending December 31, 20212019.

Second Segment. The Performance Period for the second one-third vesting of Performance Shares (those vesting on the Normal Vesting Date in January 20222024) shall be the two calendar years ending December 31, 20212023.
