Second Street Marks Sample Clauses

Second Street Marks. Second Street hereby grants to Subscriber a nonexclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use Second Street’s trademarks, trade names, trade dress and logos (collectively, the “Second Street Marks”) and any Second Street Content, during the Term and any applicable Subscription Term, solely in connection with Subscriber’s rights and obligations under this Agreement. Should Second Street find objectionable any use of the Second Street Marks by Subscriber, then Second Street will have the right to revoke or suspend, with respect to the objectionable use, the rights granted to Subscriber under this Agreement to use the Second Street Marks, and Subscriber will promptly cease using such Second Street Marks in the manner found objectionable by Second Street. Second Street reserves for itself and its licensors all proprietary and commercial rights regarding the Second Street Marks not expressly granted to Subscriber in this Agreement.

  • Publicity; Use of Names and Logos Vendor may use Citizens’ name and logo in its marketing materials, website and social media to indicate that it is a participating or contracted vendor for Citizens. However, Vendor may not in any way state, imply or infer that it holds a “preferred,” “approved,” “awarded,” “selected” or otherwise special status with Citizens in any such materials. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of endorsements or quotes from Citizens officials, Citizens vendor scores, or any other Citizens-related materials that may directly or indirectly imply that Vendor enjoys a special or preferred status with Citizens.
