Second Surgical Opinions. An individual will be entitled to a second surgical opinion. If that opinion conflicts with the first opinion the individual will be entitled to a voluntary third surgical opinion. Second and third surgical opinions shall also be subject to applicable copays and deductibles as provided in Appendix K-2.
