Secondary Containment Systems. The Contractor shall provide for secondary containment equivalent to 110% of the tank capacity of chemical (retardant) and fuel tanks to ensure containment of all chemicals that escape from the mixing system and portable tanks, in order to prevent runoff into year-round or seasonal water sources.
