Secondary Lab Science Teachers. Lab science teachers assigned to more than one (1) classroom and /or lab will be compensated fifteen (15) hours at their per diem rate of pay for the additional work outside the contracted day related to lab preparation. a. If a teacher other than a lab science teacher is assigned to more than one (1) classroom and has similar additional preparation responsibilities related to their teaching assignment, possible remedies may be addressed through Labor Management Team.
