Secondary Studio Zone. (1) The secondary studio zone shall be the area extending ten (10) miles from the perimeter of the studio zone and including Xxxx Xxxxx Airport and the City of Huntington Beach in its entirety. It does not include any of the areas that fall within the definition of the studio zone in subparagraph (a) above.
