Common use of Seconded Employee Qualifications; Approval Clause in Contracts

Hess will provide such suitably qualified and experienced Seconded Employees as Hess is able to make available to the General Partner, and the General Partner will have the right to approve such Seconded Employees. All Seconded Employees identified as of the Effective Date have been approved and accepted by the General Partner as suitable for performing job functions related to the Employee Functions.
