Termination of Secondment. At termination of the secondment, the employee will return to the position previously held or, if that position is no longer available, a similar position with the same pay level and the same geographic area.
Termination of Secondment. Subject to any restrictions contained in any collective bargaining agreement to which an ETRN Group member is a party, the applicable Owner will have the right to terminate the Secondment to such Owner of any Seconded Employee for any reason at any time. ETRN will not, without the applicable Owner’s express consent, agree to any future amendments to any collective bargaining agreement that would increase the type or degree of any limitations on the Owner’s ability to terminate the Secondment of any Seconded Employee. In addition, any member of the ETRN Group shall have the right at any time and from time to time to terminate the Secondment of any Seconded Employee by providing a substitute Seconded Employee. Upon the termination of any Seconded Employee’s Period of Secondment, ETRN will be solely liable for any costs or expenses associated with the termination of the Secondment, except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement.
Termination of Secondment. The General Partner will have the right to terminate the Secondment of any Seconded Employee for any reason at any time. Upon the termination of the Secondment of any Seconded Employee, such Seconded Employee will cease performing services for the General Partner or the applicable member of the Public Company Group.
Termination of Secondment. 1. The Secondment shall automatically terminate if at any time during the Secondment the Employer ceases to be a Party, or if the Secondee:

The applicable HollyFrontier Group Members retain the right to terminate the Secondment of any HEP Seconded Employee for any reason at any time or to hire, discipline or discharge the HEP Seconded Employees with respect to their employment with the HollyFrontier Group. The applicable Partnership Group Member will have the right to terminate the secondment to it of any HEP Seconded Employee for any reason at any time, upon prior written notice to the HollyFrontier Group, but at no time will the Partnership Group have the right to terminate any HEP Seconded Employee’s employment by the HollyFrontier Group. Upon the termination of the Secondment of any HEP Seconded Employee, such HEP Seconded Employee will cease performing Services for the Partnership Group and will no longer be subject to the direction by the Partnership Group of the HEP Seconded Employee’s day-to-day activities.
Termination of Secondment. The General Partner will have the right to terminate the Secondment to the General Partner of any Provided Personnel for any reason at any time in accordance with the policies and procedures of Admin. Upon the termination of the Period of Secondment for any Provided Personnel other than the Shared Provided Personnel, the General Partner shall be responsible for reimbursing Admin for any and all severance costs or other expenses (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall constitute Provided Personnel Expenses hereunder) associated with the termination of such Provided Personnel’s employment by Admin, provided that such termination of employment occurs within thirty (30) calendar days following the termination of the applicable Period of Secondment. Upon the termination of a Secondment, the Provided Personnel will cease performing services for the General Partner.
Termination of Secondment. The General Partner will have the right to terminate the Secondment to it of any Seconded Employee for any reason at any time (such terminated Seconded Employees referred to as “Removed Employees”). Except as contemplated in Section 2.2(a), (b), (c) and (d), Chesapeake Management will have no right to terminate the Secondment to the General Partner of any Seconded Employee without the prior written consent of the General Partner (which may be through the execution of a completed Addition/Removal/Change of Responsibility of Seconded Employee form). Upon the termination of any Seconded Employee’s Period of Secondment by Chesapeake Management without the prior written consent of the General Partner, Chesapeake Management will be solely liable for any costs or expenses associated with the termination of the Secondment, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. Upon the termination of a Secondment, the Seconded Employee will cease performing services for the General Partner. At no time will the General Partner have the right to terminate the employment with Chesapeake Management of the Seconded Employees. Chesapeake Management shall in its sole discretion determine whether the employment by Chesapeake Management of any such Removed Employee shall be terminated following the termination of such Removed Employee’s Secondment or whether such Removed Employee shall be redeployed by Chesapeake Management. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither Chesapeake Management nor any of its Affiliates (other than CMV, the General Partner, the MLP and their Subsidiaries) will, within the nine (9) month period following termination, hire or reassign a Seconded Employee whose Secondment is terminated by the Seconded Employee or Chesapeake Management.

The Employing Operator will not, without GP’s express consent, agree to any future amendments to any collective bargaining agreement that would increase the type or degree of any limitations on GP’s ability to terminate the Secondment of any Seconded Employee. Upon the termination of any Seconded Employee’s Period of Secondment, the Employing Operator of such Seconded Employee will be solely liable for any costs or expenses associated with the termination of the Secondment, except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement.
Termination of Secondment. (1) If the Secondee is appointed as a director or officer of the Company or of any Group Company and the Secondee ceases to be a director or officer of the Company or of that Group Company (for any reason whatsoever) that shall not terminate the Secondment.
