Common use of Section 1110 Clause in Contracts

Section 1110. Mortgagee shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 (as currently in effect) with respect to the right to take possession of the Airframe and Engines and to enforce any of its other rights or remedies as provided in the Trust Indenture in the event of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in which Owner is a debtor.

The Applicable Mortgagee shall will be entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 (as currently in effect) with respect to the right to take possession of the Airframe and Engines and related to enforce any of its other rights or remedies the Applicable Aircraft, as provided in the Trust Indenture Applicable Mortgage, in the event of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in which Owner Borrower is a debtor.
