Common use of Section 1110 Clause in Contracts

Section 1110. Indenture Trustee is entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 (as currently in effect) with respect to the right to take possession of the Airframe and Engines and to enforce any of its other rights or remedies as provided in the Trust Indenture in the event of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in which Owner is a debtor.
