Common use of Section 1110 Clause in Contracts

Section 1110. Owner Trustee, as lessor under the Lease (and Mortgagee, as assignee under the Trust Indenture), is entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 (as currently in effect) with respect to the right to take possession of the Airframe and Engines as provided in the Lease in the event of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in which Lessee is a debtor.

Section 1110. Owner Trustee, as lessor under the Lease (and Mortgagee, as assignee of Owner Trustee under the Trust Indenture), is shall be entitled to the benefits of Section 1110 (as currently in effect) with respect to the right to take possession of the Airframe and Engines as provided in the Lease in the event of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in which Lessee is a debtor.

Section 1110.
