Common use of Section 1110 Clause in Contracts

Section 1110. It is the intention of each of Company, Noteholders (such intention being evidenced by each of their acceptance of an Equipment Note), Loan Trustee and other parties hereto that the security interest created by the Indenture, to the fullest extent available under applicable law, entitles the Loan Trustee, on behalf of the Noteholders, to all of the benefits of Section 1110 with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines and Parts.

Section 1110. It is the intention of each of the Company, the Noteholders (such intention being evidenced by each of their acceptance of an Equipment Note), the Loan Trustee and the other parties hereto that the security interest created by the Indenture, to the fullest extent available under applicable law, entitles the Loan Trustee, on behalf of the Noteholders, to all of the benefits of Section 1110 with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines and Parts.
