Common use of Section 14.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.4. 2 New employees hired prior to March 1 of each year shall be credited with a year of service for step 3 increase purposes on September 1. The same method will be used to calculate longevity.

Section 14.4. 2 44 New employees hired prior to March 1 of each year shall be credited with a year of service for step 3 increase 45 purposes on September 1. The same method will be used to calculate longevity.

Section 14.4. 2 31 New employees hired prior to March 1 of each year shall be credited with a year of service for step 3 32 increase purposes on September 1. The same method will be used to calculate longevity.
