Section 15.2.4. Step 4. 44 If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) workdays referred to in the preceding 45 subsection, a written statement of grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) workdays to 46 the District Board of Directors. After such submission, the parties will have thirty (30) 47 workdays from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on 48 the statement of grievance the disposition.
