Common use of Section 16.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.3. 2 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 3 and conditions of Article XVI, Section 16.10. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 4 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 16.3. 2 15 Salaries contained in the appropriate Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, Agreement subject 16 to the terms 3 and conditions of Article XVIXVII, Section 16.1017.3 of this Agreement. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 4 17 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
