Section 13.2.3 of recognized vocational courses from local, state, or national educational institutes 3 which would improve the potential of employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 13.2.3. 40 Purchase of recognized vocational courses from local, State, or National Educational Institutes 41 which would improve the potential of employees subject to this Agreement. 42
Section 13.2.3. 21 Purchase from local, State, or National Educational Institutes recognized vocational courses 22 which would improve the potential of employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 13.2.3. 44 If no settlement has been reached within the twenty (20) working days referred to in the 45 preceding subsection, and the Union believes the grievance to be valid, a written statement of 46 grievance shall be submitted within twenty (20) working days to the District Superintendent. 47 After such submission, the parties will have twenty (20) working days from submission of the 1 written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the 2 disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made all parties to the grievance shall sign it.

Section 13.2.3. Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the 16 term of this Agreement; provided, the employee has been regularly employed continuously for 17 at least one-half (½) of the previous instructional year.
Section 13.2.3. 43 Purchase of recognized vocational courses from local, state, or national educational institutes 44 which would improve the potential of employees subject to this Agreement. Leadership classes 45 offered by the District shall be available to all employees and offered at various times throughout 46 the year.
Section 13.2.3. 46 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 47 Article.
Section 13.2.3. 28 If no settlement has been reached within the five (5) working days referred to in the preceding 29 subsection, and the Union believes the grievance to be valid, a written statement of grievance 30 shall be submitted within fifteen (15) working days to the District Superintendent or the 31 Superintendent's designee. After such submission, the parties will have ten (10) working days 32 from submission of the written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the 33 statement of grievance the disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the 34 grievance shall sign it. If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) working days 35 referred to in this section, then the Union shall have the option of advancing the grievance to 36 EITHER Section 13.2.4 OR Section 13.2.5, pursuant to the timelines included therein. 37
Section 13.2.3. 2 If the employee is still not satisfied with the results, he/she may appeal the grievance to the 3 District’s board of directors by submitting a written request, within twenty (20) calendar days 4 from the date of the superintendent’s response. A written response will be issued to the grievant 5 within ten (10) calendar days following the hearing.
