Section 21.4. 44 Employees entering the program after August 1, 1992, will receive reimbursement for tuition (from the 45 college designated by the SWWJATC) upon completion of their apprenticeship program. Texts 46 (required for course work) will be reimbursed (with a copy of receipt) when the class has been 47 completed. When an apprentice is reimbursed for a text book it becomes the property of the District 48 and shall be turned into the District office.
