Consecutive Days of Work. Grid A full-time employees will not be required to work two (2) consecutive Saturday/Sunday shifts.
Consecutive Days of Work. Where an employee is required to work in excess of five (5) consecutive days without a break in rest days, the employee shall be entitled to time and one-half (1-1/2) for time worked on each day in excess of five (5) days until such time as the employee has a break or rest day.
Consecutive Days of Work. Employees will be paid one and one-half times (1 1/2x) their straight-time rate in the following circumstances, until a day off is granted:
1. when employees regularly scheduled to work eight (8) hours per day work more than six (6) continuous full shifts for more than six (6) consecutive days;
2. when employees regularly scheduled to work ten (10) hours per day work more than five (5) continuous full shifts for more than five (5) consecutive days; and
3. when employees regularly scheduled to work twelve (12) hours per day work more than four (4) continuous full shifts for more than four (4) consecutive days. The consecutive days of work provisions may be waived by the employee, either at her/his request or as the result of a scheduling change requested by the employee which results in such consecutive days of work.
Consecutive Days of Work. No employee shall be required to work more than six (6) consecutive days. It is understood that there will not be any “available hours” claim, involving a seventh (7th) or subsequent consecutive days of work.

If the Employer does schedule the employee to work more than five (5) consecutive days of work then such work will be paid at the applicable overtime rates as specified in Article 8.00 of this Collective Agreement.

c. a designated twelve-hour employee is scheduled to work more than four consecutive full shifts within four (4) consecutive days.
2. The consecutive days of work provisions, including premium pay, may be waived in writing by the employee, either at his/her request or as the result of a scheduling change requested by the employee which results in such consecutive days of work.

Consecutive Days of Work. In Section 5.02 the Employer has agreed not to schedule any employee for more than five (5) daily shifts in the normal workweek. However, a part-time employee, a casual employee, or a student, may elect to work one (1) additional daily shift in the normal workweek to replace an employee who is not available for their scheduled shift. No employee will be required to work more than six (6) consecutive shifts or overtime will be paid.
