The Employer will not, during the life of this Agreement, meet and 2 confer or meet and negotiate with any individual employees or with any other employee 3 organization with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of the employees covered by 4 this Agreement except through the Union or its authorized representatives. The Employer will not 5 assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organization which seeks to bargain for 6 employees covered by this Agreement.
