SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. No otherwise qualified individual with handicaps shall, solely by reason of his/her handicap, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. This includes, but is not limited to, programs and/or activities related to housing, employment, and the delivery of services.
SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. CHSC shall be in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1972 as emended and with all federal, state, and local Section 504 laws and regulations.
SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. (SEP 2020) The Contractor/Provider shall comply fully with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities. No otherwise qualified individual with a disability shall, solely by reason of his or her disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity for which the Contractor/Provider is awarded a contract and/or receives Federal financial assistance from the Transportation Security Administration. This includes, but is not limited to, providing reasonable accommodations and effective communication to persons with disabilities and ensuring physical accessibility to all participants. The Contractor/Provider shall ensure this requirement flows to all affected subcontracts. SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. Any resident who has special needs requiring a handicapped accessible unit may be transferred upon request. Verification of such need may be required.

G. American with Disabilities Act compliance. – the LEA provider shall be in compliance with the American with disabilities Action of 1990 and with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the American with Disabilities Act. H.
SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. The I&T provider shall be in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended and with all federal, state and local Section 504 laws and regulations. G. American with Disabilities Act compliance. – the I&T provider shall be in compliance with the American with disabilities Action of 1990 and with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the American with Disabilities Act. H.
SECTION 504 COMPLIANCE. Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires that all benefits, aids and services are made available to handicapped persons on an equivalent basis with those received by non-handicapped persons. The City and the District shall agree to be in compliance with Section 504 requirements.
