Section 7.13. Driver Pay for Overnight Trips. 27 Except as provided in section 7.8 (overtime), drivers shall be paid their regular wage starting with 28 required pre-trip assignment prior to the trip. The driver’s shift ends when the students are dropped off 29 at their destination and the driver has no further responsibilities for the evening, the bus is parked and 30 secure and accommodations are open and available.
