Common use of Section 7.8.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.8.1. All hours compensated in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week will 3 be paid at a rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base rate.

Section 7.8.1. 45 All hours compensated in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week will 3 be 46 paid at a rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base rate.
